About Arctek

Building regulations approval is separate from planning approval and is needed even when planning permission is not. Arctek produces detailed drawings, construction plans and supporting specifications for the application, and deals with building inspectors to finalise plans. A completion certificate is issued once the work is finished, and it should be kept safe for insurance or a future sale. They cover Birmingham and the West Midlands.
